the golf ball theory

Haha, I carry a golf ball everywhere and it works best to grab a seat on a comfy chair that you can put some pressure on your feet.  You have to be careful on hard floors, better to use a carpeted floor to roll the golf ball around underneath each of your feet.  The more pressure you put the more it hurts but if you can breath nice and deep, the body will cure itself that much faster.

The whole body can be found in different points of each foot, so it will be painful in an area of the foot that corresponds with the stomach if you have some indigestion, a stomach ache, etc..  Rubbing these spots will stimulate more energy and blood flow to the area of the body that aches, along with your thoughts of seeing that area healed and feeling 100%
